Craze Minds (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides marketing, CRM, automation, and digital growth services via the Craze Minds Hub, a client and lead management platform powered by Go High Level and related technologies.
This Privacy Policy applies only to the Craze Minds Hub, including associated forms, funnels, automations, and communications, and does not apply to other Craze Minds websites or services unless explicitly stated.
1. Information Collection & Use
What we collect:
Account & Profile Data Name, email address, user role, login credentials, password hashes, and optional multi-factor authentication settings.
Billing & Subscription Data Company details, plan type, invoices, payment status, and subscription metadata.
Contacts & Lead Data Information entered by clients or users such as leads, prospects, or customers, including names, email addresses, phone numbers, marketing preferences, tags, notes, and custom fields.
Communications & Interactions Emails, SMS messages, calls (including recordings or transcriptions if enabled), chat conversations, form submissions, funnel activity, workflow actions, and automation logs.
Payments Order and transaction information processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe. Craze Minds does not store full credit card numbers. Only masked or tokenized payment data is retained.
Technical & Usage Data IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, logs, timestamps, and usage metadata related to Hub access and activity.
How we use the information:
- To deliver, operate, secure, and improve the Craze Minds Hub

Your Organization Authorized users and administrators within your Hub account, based on assigned permissions.
Service Providers & Integrations Third-party tools and integrations enabled by you or your organization, such as Google, Meta, Stripe, email providers, calendar tools, analytics platforms, and automation services.
Go High Level / LeadConnector Platform Craze Minds uses the Go High Level platform and its approved sub-processors to deliver Hub functionality. Their current sub-processor list is maintained by Go High Level.
Legal Authorities When required to comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, or to protect rights, safety, or property.
Craze Minds does not sell personal information.
3. Data Scope & Restrictions
The Craze Minds Hub is intended for business, marketing, and customer relationship management use only.
Clients and users should not store highly sensitive personal data unless required for legitimate business purposes and permitted by applicable laws. Craze Minds does not market the Hub as a system for regulated data storage.

The Craze Minds Hub uses cookies and similar technologies to:
